WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS & TIME?
  • Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders of $50 or more (Continental U.S. only).
  • Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping charge of $6.95.
  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days for $9.95
  • Outside Continental U.S.: Live shipping rate calculated at checkout
  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. If delays occur, we’ll notify you via email.
WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Your order may be canceled due to:

  • The item being out of stock
  • The shipping address being outside our serviceable area
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your shipment.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.

CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • Returns/Exchanges: Only accepted for genuine manufacturing defects. Please email sales@mypaperclip.co within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER WITH CUSTOMIZATION?

Because of operational reasons, we accept orders requiring customization subject to minimum order quantity of 500. The ordered quantity needs to be in multiple of standard packs.

You should be aware that there are setup costs that make more sense when you order a larger quantity. The setup costs are fixed and they do not vary with the quantity, so it is often more economical to order 1,000 than 500.

CAN I SEE A PREVIEW OF MY CUSTOMIZED ORDER?

Creating digital proof is an essential part of our process for customized order. After you place your order, we will prepare a digital proof to show you the size and position we recommend for your project. We will work with you to adjust the design to your satisfaction. If you know exactly what you want, we can follow your instruction. We are happy to make suggestions if you need them.

CAN I REQUEST FOR PHYSICAL SAMPLE FOR MY CUSTOMIZED ORDER?

Yes. You can. Sample charges may apply.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Ordering is easy. Simply choose a notebook that suits your style, budget, communication preferences or needs. Add your chosen product to the cart and simply checkout.

For order requiring customization, get in touch and we will provide you our best quote. When you are ready to order, we will collect payment & shipping information and schedule your project. Your order will be delivered at your shipping address as per schedule.
