Returns & Exchanges

  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Contact us at sales@mypaperclip.co within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, delivery address, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product if it is defective or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice.
  • If approved, a replacement or exchange of equal value will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
