Shipping Options & Fees

  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $6.95
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $9.95
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts) within the continental United
    States.
  • For orders outside the continental United States, a live shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping carrier information.
  • You can use this tracking number to view the status and estimated delivery date on the carrier's website.

Delivery

  • All orders are shipped using trusted domestic carriers.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your ZIP code and a valid mobile number, to receive timely updates and avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Contact us at sales@mypaperclip.co within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, delivery address, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product if it is defective or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice.
  • If approved, a replacement or exchange of equal value will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
