For orders outside the continental United States, a live shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your ZIP code and a valid mobile number, to receive timely updates and avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges
The incorrect product was delivered.
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Contact us at sales@mypaperclip.co within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, delivery address, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product if it is defective or incorrect.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice.
If approved, a replacement or exchange of equal value will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
